Umaasa naman si DOLE Sec. Bello na hindi magresulta ng matinding unemployment ang ipapatupad na ECQ sa loob ng isang linggo.
Hinihikayat naman ng Employers Confedaration of the Philippines na pasanin muna ang sweldo ng kanilang mga no-work no-pay employee mula sa Lunes Marso 29 hanggang Miyerkules Marso 31.
